Its lobby has a 24-hour front desk, a complementary tea and coffee corner, and an elevator. the hotel was nice and quaint. it had a cute chess decor at the backyard. the breakfast spread was decent. the hotel owner was very friendly and kind. I wasn’t feeling well and he ensure that his driver send me to the train station when I was unable to get a taxi. He also got be soap detergent for me to do my laundry. the hotel staff overall were friendly and hospitable😊

The location is undeniably top in Brussels for both business and leisure. The Louise area is upscale, friendly, safe and well-served in all aspects ranging from commerce to transportation. The stay was so comfortable and familiar that it evoked the good old days when I lived in the area. The accommodation per se was an excellent junior suite that in effect is a well equipped apartment, decorated with clean modern classy touches, well soundproofed for extremely quiet peace of mind, whilst also endowed with plenty of natural light and spacious airy feel when opening the curtains and huge glass panels to the inspiring vibrant city outside. While I was on business with limited time to relax, it was a blessing to contemplate the gentle snowfall and sit after hectic conference days going through several of the great books present in the living room and bedroom for a nice relaxing and instructive read. Even so, make no mistake as this is not just an apartment: it is set on a fully-serviced hotel, whose excellent staff provided the exceptional care of upscale hotel service: highly attentive to one's needs, and aptly fulfilling them with utmost professionalism, which is highly appreciated. This place encapsulates the quality and rigor of a grand hotel packaged in a discrete, cozy boutique hotel, a home away from home. The flexibility and independence of fully equipped accommodations with the exceptional service and care of professional hoteliers. At this place, I found a well integrated solution that meets the best of both hotel and apartment/home concepts. With a team that is always there for you, always highly responsive, composed and caring, always striving to do their best. Housed in a classified Art Nouveau building dating from 1906, Maison Flagey Brussels is located in Ixelles, next to the two ponds in Flagey. Great manager, very nice and helpful, and funny.

Beautiful rooms and interior design of the hotel itself. Don't be fooled by the plain look from the outside. When you step in, it's like being transported to a whole new paradise.
