Very comfortable hotel with a perfect location steps from the best restaurants and shops of Palermo. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Great breakfast. Complimentary welcome glass of wine is a nice touch. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which is a great place to relax despite being a small and quite warm in the height of summer. I wish I would have stayed longer to be able to use the bicycles. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff at Shoshana have gone above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as humanly possible. I asked them for gluten- and lactosefree options, and they were incredible in providing me with everything I could possibly think of, ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, they were very attentive, helpful in advising us on the best places to go and how to get there, and offering us water, coffee, juice, and food whenever we came back to the hotel.

The interior lobby and rooms were lovely with vintage furniture and interesting layout. The staff was very friendly, helpful and some excellent English. The location was perfect with tree lined streets and many restaurants and shops to choose from in a very nice part of Buenos Aires. our room even had a semi-private patio. Lastly, the breakfast were served rather than buffet style and were excellent!

Located in the centre of Palermo Hollywood, Fierro Hotel Boutique offers modern and spacious rooms with free WiFi access, an iPod docking station, a coffee machine and a smart TV. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful regarding touristic attractions, great eating places, hiring taxis, exchanging money, and eating regional food and desserts. Federico and Hernan were very helpful whenever we had a query about local information. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us.

Only 3 blocks from Serrano Square and the artisans fair, The Glu Boutique Hotel is set in Palermo Soho, nearby trendy cafes and pubs. It offers designer style décor. Wi-Fi is free. Fabulous staff - so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much. The room was lovely and the breakfast tasty. We would stay here again if in Buenos Aires.
