They switched on our warmers in the afternoon, which was nice getting back, and the room was nice and warm.
Shower water is very nice and hot.

The location is beautiful. The staff is warm and hospitable. They went out of the way to cater vegetarian food for me. They have a spa facility which was again really good.

Lovely Stay - Peace for the soul. Beautiful surroundings. Our children felt safe and moved around on the property. We would have loved to stay one more night but we will be back with family for a second stay.

Very friendly staff and a special welcome from Wilmien. The breakfast was just exceptional and once again a special effort from the Chef, coming out from the kitchen to the dining area to have a short chat. Value for money once again exceptional in my opinion. Keep up the good work team.
Pear Tree Cottage is a small garden cabin located north-facing the Storms River peak and surrounded by vegetation and a natural pond. Free WiFi access and parking are available.
Love this place. So much to do if you like outdoorsy stuff.
Love this place. So much to do if you like outdoorsy stuff. I went river tubing which was an absolutely magical experience. I wish I had had the time to bungee jump, go on the sky walk, get in a hike and indulge in a host of. other activities available at Stormsrivier.

Absolutely gorgeous and interesting Town with the earnest loveliest people in South Africa! We can’t wait to return. Village Inn is top class superb in every way! Can’t wait to return thanks to the lovely staff!
Wow, what a find! We absolutely loved our beautiful piece of paradise in the centre of Storms River Village. Robert has built a unique magical cabin which brings you back to nature. The accommodation and surroundings are wonderful and made exceptional by his personalised tour of his garden and his son's amazing tree house. We were encouraged to forage and explore the garden. We truly wanted to stay longer than our planned two days. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay, we hope to return one day!
The staff always had a welcoming smile no matter the time of day. The accommodation had everything you could need and the breakfast was perfect. They provide a laundry service should you need it. Stormsrivier is quite small so don't expect a huge variety of restaurants. It's a great location for exploring Tsitsikamma National Park with an abundance of activities to choose from - hiking, the suspension bridge, canoeing, canyoning, biking, zipline, etc.
Best accommodation ever! As a solo traveller, everyone treated me with kindness and I felt so happy being there. It felt like being at home with the cottage having everything I needed and being very comfortable. This place was a paradise. Martin and Delene helped with anything I needed and provided details on many things to do. Nadine is one of the most incredible people I have met.
I'll never forget my experience staying there.
Warm and welcoming hosts! Lovely grounds and clean rooms. The breakfast was quite tasty and served outside on the patio. The inn was a bit farther of a walk to village restaurants than I had realized, but not far and still easily doable. The inn has a separate bar, and if you're lucky, it will be a night when the locals come in to socialize and have fun!
Lovely old world hotel.
Beautiful gardens, spacious rooms, comfy beds, lovely ensuite bathrooms with excellent water pressure.
Breakfast abundant choice.
Very friendly staff.
Perfect location in middle of quiet and quaint Tsitsikamma village from where many outdoor adventure activities depart
Exceptionally beautiful natural surroundings! Super friendly and very helpful staff, beautiful chalet with full privacy. If you just want to escape to nature, but still enjoy luxury service and accommodation, this is a perfect place! We loved that and will be back next year!
The place is absolutely amazing. The environment, the restaurant area and the cabins are simply perfect. All this added to a charming staff, ready to help with everything and contribute to making it the best accommodation we have stayed in in South Africa, without a doubt.
Theresa is a great host, had brilliant recommendations and the Tsitsikamma Park is definitely worth a visit. Lovely and cozy chalet, very clean and with a great view in a beautiful little village. Would recommend the Tsitrus Café for a great pizza.
-The rooms had a comfortable size (with a nice bath) and the style of the hotel looks great.
-You get a good value and the distance to the Tsitsikamma National Park is unbeatable (if you do not stay inside of the park)
Someone always at reception. Feels safe. Good set up although it’s winter so hard to appreciate the pool and fire pit. Easy to meet people. Help arranged a taxi combi to Tsitsikamma. Close to restos. Friendly staff.
Perfectly situated to all the tsitsikamma activities, accommodation was comfortable as advertised and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also Great. Would definitely recommend.
The vibe of a South African backpacker at its best👌
Nice place to stay if you want to explore Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve or do some activities like tubing etc. Highly recommended.
