I have stayed here several times and it is always excellent. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable beds and pillows, always clean and housekeeping does a great job. I like the king rooms that have a sofa bed because it is more comfortable to watch TV. I had 3 trips back to back for a medical procedure and having the sofa made it much more comfortable. They do have a continental breakfast every morning and they are opening a restaurant on the property soon. I can hardly wait to try it. There are two restaurants and a Ralph's market in the next property as well as a gas station. There is a Walgreens drug store, Starbucks, restaurants and Walmart across the street. I love this hotel and I am never disappointed. I recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty, ants and mini-roaches under the bed, long black hairs in the shower. And the mattress was more than lumpy. I felt like I was going to get tipped off the bed by the mountain range in the middle. But it was cheap, so you can't expect perfection. I don't know why there is a picture of the ocean, it is no where near the water.

The mall has no comparison it’s perfect, the beach is 25 mins away, the outlets are just down the grade, you have to stop by Institution brewery, weather you drink or not order their carne asada pizza, I know sound a bit of a weird match, but everyone I’ve ever gave a slice to ended up ordering and eating a whole pizza plus they have a beer for every taste, I recommend the mosaic to start your exploring.

Bed, check in, parking were good.
Bed, check in, parking were good. The room seemed smaller than previous stays, especially the bathroom, the tv was not working upon arrival but my husband fixed it plus the remote worked but it had limited capabilities. The grab & go breakfast was not very selective compared to another BW+ we stayed at a few weeks ago. The shower over tub didn’t function well, in that the tub filled with water even though the shower was turned on.

Great suburban city, extremely safe and clean with friendly locals and fun events. Small town feel but with all the amenities and restaurants of a major city, plus a great mall. Great location, 20-ish min drive to the ocean. 40-ish min drive to Hollywood, 50-ish min drive to Six Flags, 50-ish min drive to Santa Barbara. Chili Cook off is the best I’ve been to.

We attended a show at the Civic Center.
We attended a show at the Civic Center. Parking was convenient and very reasonably priced. The theater was very nice. We also visited the Reagan Presidential Library/Museum which is phenomenal! There are so many wonderful exhibits in and around the museum. Any lover of freedom and democracy would learn so much by spending an enjoyable day there.

I love Thousand Oaks!
I love Thousand Oaks! Great shopping, many great restaurants and the beautiful trees and outdoors! Conveniently located to get to beaches if you’re wanting to go to Malibu or Ventura. I also enjoy looking at some of the beautiful homes in this area. There is also the Fred Kavli theater, where we saw “Beauty and The Beast”. I think all seats here have a good view of the stage. We sat in Row A of the Founders Circle and it was a perfect view for me!
We were driving back from the Grand Canyon and on our way to do the coastal road. This was a perfect place to stay before heading to Malibu the next day to break up the drive and avoid an expensive hotel. The location might be otherwise a bit of of the way but it was perfect for us. Convenient to drive up to the door. A bottle shop nearby had a great selection. Good bed and Shower. We enjoyed the pool and the laundry facilities having been on the road. and V reasonable v staying in LA
I've been going to this location just about every year in July for over 10 years. The 3rd floor has an A/C outlet that is freezing outside of the door in the hall. The breakfast has declined tremendously. No more cookies at check in. The floors were dirty as my socks told the story. This hotel is my family's vacation halfway spot to our final destination. I'm a creature of habit so I continue to book this location. But my family and I are left disappointed.
I booked two nights and prepaid for them. When I didn't show up until the morning after the first night, the hotel cancelled my reservation and didn't let me stay the second day, and they could not offer me a refund. However, the receptionist let me use the room for two hours because there was two hours left till check out time. I just drove 24 hours straight across the country and was exhausted. I slept in my car in the parking lot for about four hours.
The man who checked me in was fast and friendly, the check in process was much faster than other hotels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Had a mini frig and hair dryer. To all the reviews bad mouthing, it's a cheap hotel not the Ritz, what do you expect. I was tentative to rent a room based on some reviews but am going to stay their a couple more times.
They have a variety of breakfast items and a toaster to make some waffles that I bought myself (my favorite). So I was very pleased about that. I am between homes right now and this hotel has been the best by far. I haven't had my favorite waffles in three months until here plus the rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge. Comfy bed. Thank you!
I have not stayed there in 3 years, but I found everybody there as friendly as before. And everything was as clean as before. It's also very close to shopping. And the best thing is that there is a liquor store around the corner you can walk to.
Breakfast was a let down. Frozen muffins and Jimmy Dean with a bottle of water really isn't breakfast. I thought it a little overpriced since there was really nothing but a room. The advertised breakfast was why we booked that hotel.
It's your typical Courtyard. The hotel is clean and has a friendly, helpful staff. It's nice that food options are available for breakfast and dinner, plus bar services. The food is tasty but a little on the pricier side.
I like the cleanness of the room. I was impressed to see a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel representatives customer service was incredible. I will recommend to follow peers and comeback. Thank you for the service.
This Hotel has gone downhill so fast. According to staff the owners do O to keep it working!
Example: No ice machines are working No WFi
This should be under things you did not like Sorry
The room was clean, modern decor. The pool area was also clean, they had pool towels there. Breakfast was good. Great hotel. I would stay here again, and recommend it to others.
The hotel was ok, but I found it little bit more expensive for the room size and location. Breakfast was ok. We appreciated availability of washing machine
