We enjoy staying at this hotel. It's comfortable, quiet, and a nice location. The Continental breakfast serves standard fare. The area feels safe, and there is close proximity to the reservoir, which is great for our dog (as well as general recreation). The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave are an added bonus. The property is very accommodating, and the staff is friendly. We like staying here with our dog, as there is space to walk around outside, and the environment isn't overstimulating. They even provide doggy sheets for comfort in the room, and doggy treats at the front desk. (People treats too!) They are located near some restaurants, which is an added bonus.

The room was fine, although the TV only worked if we used buttons physically on the TV. The remote did not turn the TV on or off.

I got ripped off. I never even stayed and had to pay for another room at hotel 6. Every time I try to book st this hotel which thus us the third and last time, they never have a room. Then they want 100 deposit which is not on the ad. Nothing Nutt hassle.

During our three-day stay, we discovered fantastic shopping districts and wonderful dining options. The river walk was definitely a highlight of our trip. Another memorable experience was spending a day at the zoo, taking lots of photos while exploring the area on foot.

I lived in Pueblo in my teens, and I always enjoy visiting. I mostly ate at fast food places this time as I was there on business, but I did get to eat at Chili's! Great food, and I didn't have to wait long to be seated!

The show at Memorial hall was amazing. Sadly, i was not able to get out to Lake Pueblo. Neon Alley was a great trip back in time. The people were friendly and helpful.

Pueblo has a beautiful river walk, museums & food places to eat. Lots of attractions within 45 minute drive like garden of the gods, pikes peak & manitou springs. It’s a smaller town & easy to get around
The front desk guy was extremely rude. He didnt allow 4 of us to stay in a 2 queen bed room even after we changed the booking online. He refused to talk to booking.com customer service and threatened to cancel the entire booking. 2 of us had to leave at 2am at night to find another hotel in the shady part of the town. I request the hotel to please take strict action against that man! Packed breakfast was also pretty bad
My overall experience was great. Very clean and the value was as advertised. Travel included a college tour at CSU-Pueblo and it was very close to the college. I really liked the easy accessibility to the host. The host was very quick to respond and very accommodating. The property had everything we needed and again I really enjoyed staying there.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our family met in the lobby and pool area in the evenings and felt very welcomed. The decor was nice, and I liked the space in the king suite and the bathroom. The towels and linens smelled fresh. We took a beautiful walk on the Pueblo Riverfront, and there were nice restaurants within walking distance.
Had to change rooms four times cause nothing worked and I'm disabled having to carry my bags all over the hotel to get a room that was up to par .then when I left I was put on a so not rent lost for no reason except I wouldn't except a room the TV didn't work or the heat 4 times they got mad at me cause there stuff didn't work
The Mansion, its furnishings and decor were absolutely gorgeous. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is within walking distance of downtown Pueblo and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We will definitely go back again and we highly recommend the Mansion.
The hotel is one of the higher end hotels for Pueblo., but yet if felt like I was staying in a Motel 6, for some reason. I dont think I got what I paid for. It was underwhelming, to say the least. The staff was ok , the amenities we ok, the cleanliness was nonexistent. I was not impressed by any feature.
The room was spacious and comfy, and the breakfast was good also. The price was good compared to other hotels with similar ratings around the area. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times while visiting family in pueblo, so we like it a lot.
Easy to reach and close to where I needed to go daily. Rooms require maintenance, breakfast gives for a longer stay not enough possibilities for variation. Was much better 10 years back when I stayed there first.
Pueblo is two hours away from Denver airport. If you're coming from the south, e.g. New Mexico and your flight goes out in the afternoon its a good place to stay. The staff is nice and the breakfast really good.
This was a pretty skechy place. The room was basically clean but not anything great. The desk person was rude & just said the bare necessities. Would not recommend this hotel until a bunch of changes are made.
No breakfast
Room was so dirty. Daily. Lean but no deep clean - walls, floor, tub. Had hair on the sink. Supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke odor.
