Great hotel. There are all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view from the window. Clean, comfortable, can't hear the neighbors. 10 out of 10. Very convenient to get to Provincetown by bus, the stop is right next to the hotel. there is no need to look for parking in the city. And this can be very difficult! The bus runs frequently. It was very convenient. The pool was still closed but looked great. There is a small store a few minutes away. The beach is excellent, clean. The only negative is that when booking it was not indicated that the hotel is located across the road from the beach. I was hoping to be in a hotel right next to the beach. But it didn't ruin the vacation.
Boasting an on-site dog park, this pet-friendly property is located in North Truro. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court.

My wife and young adult daughters loved the quaint and serene Blue Sea motor inn on the beach. The rooms were big and carefully furnished, beds were clean and soft with luxurious satin linens. Bathrooms have necessary amenities to indulge you a little for the relax vacation. This shows the owner have taken great personal care to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable.
It has a private beach with fire pit, adirondack chairs and beach chaise. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for families to cool off in the evening.
The location is just perfect for my choice of accommodation, only about three miles from the main district of Provincetown, lots of people just walk or bike the area, without needing a car.
Proprietor Joshua and office manager Shannon were super friendly and the staff very courteous and helpful.
I would definitely come back again to this lovely place and recommend this to my friends and neighbors.

Need a higher toilet seat and a bar in the tub.
Need a higher toilet seat and a bar in the tub. Lots of places not open due to COVID. Lots of places out of business cannot get help. Had a car so got around. Liked the beaches. Would have liked ocean front room. Tourist info closed. Went into other towns looking to eat breakfast. N Truro is pretty. I would avoid places without handicapped accessibility

Already stated the bathrooms were ridiculously outdated.
Already stated the bathrooms were ridiculously outdated. Floor caving in near bed. Mold and poorly patched ceiling. Not attractive inside at all. Bed was very comfortable but room felt damp. Rug was unattractive

We stayed in North Truro because we couldn't find reasonably priced accommodations in Provincetown. The result was a pleasant surprise, especially at our motel, which was located close to the PTown line. The 'town center' doesn't have much to see, but we did find a few relaxing places for a quick, tasty affordable bite to eat. Accommodations offer great alternative to the hustle, bustle, and (becoming) overpriced PTown.

Love this area because it's off the beaten path.
Love this area because it's off the beaten path. There's not a lot of tourist traps. No sitting in traffic to get to where you want to go. Gorgeous beaches aand beautiful sky. If you are a photographer there are endless photo opportunities in North Truro. If you love stargazing, the nights here are breathtaking! If you enjoy hiking or biking, there are many places to do both. Provincetown is a short drive away with its numerous shops and great restaurants. Whale watching is fantastic here..or you can tour the dunes off road on a dune tour. My favorite time to visit is off season..less people and room rates are discounted dramatically!

Moby Dick's way over priced Box Lunch uses imitation processed meats for sandwiches Top Mast Cafe extremely nice good food Day's Market great sandwiches Shuttle bus convenient way to travel into Provincetown everything so close to beaches people very nice (almost everyone we met )
Great location! Loved the easy beach access and the 5 min trip to P-town. Accommodations harken back to old Cape Cod days with knotty pine cabins. Clean and very laidback. Lots of folks sitting outside their cabins in the evening enjoying the night and the company. Everyone was very friendly. We will be back!
The Hotel location on a little hill is very pretty and the view towards Provincetown is amazing!
The room is well equipped but simple. The bed is extremely comfortable.
The breakfast includes a variety of things. We loved the selection of bagels and the fresh fruit.
The staff is really kind and helpful.
It was very clean and quiet. Maid service every day with fresh towels. Right on the bus line into provincetown. Right on the Bayside beach. Indoor pool. Not a fancy place, but acceptable and good value for provincetown. Rooms in the building across the street face the dunes for a spectacular sunrise.
Great location on the beach. We walked out the patio door and were just a few steps to a clean, quiet beach. Sunset views of Provincetown were amazing. Seals and shore birds added to the peaceful scene. Shuttle bus to Provincetown in front of the building.
The beauty of this hotel is the location. The issue with Cape Cod is that there is a limited supply of places to stay. This one fits the bill just fine. It's overpriced since it's cape cod, but exactly what you would expect. It works!
Bed was very comfortable, everything was super clean, room was spacious with an amazing view of Cape Cod Bay. Every staff member we encountered was extra courteous and friendly, always with a friendly greeting and a smile.
on the beach. comfortable bed/pillows. close to Ptown! clean and tidy. lots of seating area outside. only complaint was that shower was not very hot. will book again
