The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the amenities were pretty good. Having a stove and large sink in your room is a nice bonus, there just aren't any cooking utensils or pots/pans.

Breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable.
Granby is a great little town. The room we had was not great. We booked two nights and departed after one night. Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. Not for 68 70 year old adults. Room was dirty. Shower has black mold in grout of bathroom.

The town of Granby was cute.
The town of Granby was cute. Not a lot of tourist things to do there. Had to drive at least 30 minutes away. The shows were cute but not my thing. Lots of artistic items and skiing/snowboarding items.

The views from the deck of the room are amazing!
The views from the deck of the room are amazing! We would love to return and see the valley and peaks with snow. We drove in from both directions and scenery is glorious. Fabulous Mexican Restaurant in Granby with great service and Margaritas. No breakfast included so bring your own K-Cups or tea if you enjoy a slow morning awakening.

Granby and all the things around that area are fantastic. The particular room I stayed in was poor- and the company that owns the room was awful to deal with- Completely lied about the accommodations Plastic spoons in a dirty cup and a fridge and microwave IN THE CLOSET does not a kitchen make!!

We had a rough start locating our condo.
We had a rough start locating our condo. Then once in not sure how to run the shower, tv and washer. I did send a message to the owners and we got things figured out. We were very close to the houses that my brothers and their families rented. Everyone had a great time. The sunset and sunrises were beautiful l. When it rained it didn’t last long. Breezes were wonderful! We would definitely do it again!🏔🌲
The room was spotless clean, nice little balcony and room is updated. The owner and her husband were extremely helpful and really made our trip a success. Sam gave us great tips on site seeing and great recommendations on restaurants. We went to Adam's falls, Monarch lake, RMNP, Moffitt National Park, dinner at Garage was awesome, best tacos ever. And downtown Granby is adorable.
I stay at this property once a year and it always provides a quiet and peaceful refuge from the raucous cabin where the rest of my friends are staying and celebrating into the wee hours of the night. The staff always remembers me and honors my request for a top-floor room.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the Littletree Inn.
Price is great compared to staying in Winter Park, which makes skiing more affordable. Love having the kitchen to prepare meals that cut costs further. Room is crowded when the sofa is made into a bed, but we knew that from past stays. It is cozy and met all our needs, including being pet friendly.
Great location and views of fall mountain scenery. Granby has a good Mexican Restuarant that we enjoyed. Pool and hot tub were wonderful following a mountain hike. Drove there from Estes Park over the mountain and the gorgeous sights will remain with us forever.
It was very spacious, plenty of room for all 6 of us to be comfortable. It was nice to cook a few meals at home to save!! The neighbors were very friendly and pointed us to a few good things to do and see!
The studio was clean and cozy, had everything needed. It is located 30 min from the Rocky Mountains park, however, it is 2h of driving to Bear Lake where most attractions are located.
