    The hotel was very cozy and absolutely comfortable! It is truly centrally located in the middle of EVERYTHING!! From the front desk staff to house keeping were simply amazing. The breakfast was better than going to the Original Pancake House and I was totally shocked! Very clean on all levels that I experienced. The INDOOR pool was a plus especially with all that snow that we experienced but it was BEAUTIFUL!

    We paid for Breakfast with our original bill but then got double charged on the total bill. I contacted the person at the desk by text and they said they would credit my card but it has not happened yet. I would skip the Breakfast to eliminate this overcharge.

    Hotel itself is fairly nice.

    Hotel itself is fairly nice. King room with sofa bed was much larger than I thought it would be for the price. Bathroom was small however in the room (not really a big deal). Only cons I would say is not a great continental breakfast and elevators are slow for only being a 6 floor hotel. Location is fine 8-10 minute drive from Target field and about 20 to mall of America. I would stay again

    Very poor customer service.

    Very poor customer service. I booked thru Booking.com and gave my confirmation number when i arrived. They said they could not find it so manager said they had rooms and just go ahead and book him in. When i received invoice, it was not for the price i booked. It was DOUBLE the price i booked thru booking.com. When i asked, they said I was lucky to get a room (after he said they had rooms and signed me in on arrival) and that they were not going to do anything about it (exact words). They had employee problems during my stay and my room was not cleaned for 2 of my 5 days. Because of the price i thought i had booked, i let it go. I could have booked a much higher rated hotel for the price i paid here. Rooms were musty but again, i overlooked due to pricing. I also overheard other customer that were irate when they were leaving the hotel during the week. Stay away from this hotel or take your chances.

    Eden Prairie is a good location if you want to visit...

    Eden Prairie is a good location if you want to visit Prince's facilities. Far enough out that you aren't going to be paying too much for a hotel, but only about a 15/20 minute drive. It's also about 20 to 30 minutes from the Mall of America, so a good location for multiple activities. Eden Prairie itself has a smaller mall, large movie theater, and many restaurants to pick from.

    A very nice place with people way more friendly then one...

    A very nice place with people way more friendly then one finds in Indiana. Better food better service better roads. The climate is a toss up..I did leave before I could compare the quality of mosquitoes.
