Breakfast was fine with a lot of options. We try to maintain a heart healthy diet with a minimum of fats and sugars and could find options that were accommodating. Like the use of plates made from recycled materials. Rooms were quiet and pretty well sound proofed judging by the traffic and sirens passing by outside. Great location for exploring University Circle.

Cleveland is OK. Very walkable downtown. Lot of cool bars and restaurants.
Quickloan arena was great. Fans were friendly.
My only issue with Cleveland is the aggressive panhandlers. Seems like every few minutes people were asking me for change. \

The Cleveland Museum of Art is spectacular! I had no idea.
The Cleveland Museum of Art is spectacular! I had no idea. They have antiquities thousands of years old, and art from world masters. Although there's a charge for parking, the museum is free.
As an Italian-American, just walking around the Little Italy neighborhood was a real treat. Eating there was even better.

It was amazing.
It was amazing. I had a wonderful time, it is a lot to do in the downtown area a lot of attractions to see. Need more than just four days. You need to be willing to just take it all in and enjoy yourself. Unless you’re going for business. Our trip was for my husband‘s birthday so it was a very relaxing trip. The city has a lot to offer. The only downfall is the parking you definitely need a card because they do not accept cash at most places.

My best friend and I were in town for a concert.
My best friend and I were in town for a concert. We had so much fun popping into the bars and restaurants before hand… met some really cool people and Felt very safe. Found an amazing Mexican restaurant right on the water called Nuevos that we went to for lunch two days in a row! Loved walking around and taking scenic pictures of the docks area surrounding it after our bellies were full. With more time we would have visited the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and done some shopping. So much to do! Indoors and out. And so little traffic. We felt safe the whole time. Really kind of loving the little big city of Cleveland!

The hotel was near the Theaters and had many restaurant options. The best part for me was the short distance to the Cleveland Clinic and they also had the option to use their free shuttle service. Although, I found out from the hotel that I could have received a discounted rate with being there for the Cleveland Clinic. I felt like booking.com should have shared that information with me, so we could have saved ourselves some money.
I would recommend the Comfort Inn, but I'd suggest looking up the hotel's phone number and reserve directly through them to get the hospital discount, if that's the purpose of your stay.
I loved that I could take my daughter and her friends downtown Cleveland and feel safe by myself. I felt comfortable and secure the whole time. It felt like home - important for a woman traveling alone.
The view was the best in the house! Kids had their own area to hang out in with their own tv.
The breakfast was worth the spend. I plan on doing this again for my daughter whenever we come to Cleveland for a show or concert - this way I don’t have to park at the event or drive home late at night.
It is located 3 blocks away from Cleveland Clinic and the first floor has a new supermarket with all you might need to buy. Excellent view of Cleveland Downtown from 5th floor. Team was responsive all the time and allowed us to extend our stay 2 more days due to changes on our plans for medical reasons. Apartment is new and clean. Enough space for a couple.
This is my favorite hotel in Cleveland. The staff is friendly and effective, from the valet to the housecleaners; everyone is there to make your stay anxiety free and easy. I especially liked being able to text to retrieve my vehicle when I was ready to checkout.
The Westin is in a great location to downtown Cleveland. The staff are very helpful in directing you through the facility and local hot spots. It is clean and well taken care of building, close parking or you can use valet.
Easy instructions to get into apartment. Parking pass was easily available. Apartment is huge and very nice decor. Great location in downtown and was able to walk all over and go see Cleveland guardians baseball game.
Location on campus of Cleveland Clinic good. Location used as weapon to increase price while hotel not spectacular. In fact, very lackluster for money paid. Shame on you for this abuse.
Check in was professional and efficient. The location was great in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The room was more spacious than other similar priced hotels. The breakfast was fine.
Room was large clean and had all amenities we expected. Location was great and easily within safe walking distance to most all restaurants, bars, sports in the downtown Cleveland area
The room was very clean, the free bfast was the best we ever had at a hotel, the hotel was located in walking distance from restaurants and Rocket Mortgage field to our Venue
The location was excellent in downtown Cleveland. The hotel itself is unique and we loved the bar, free happy hour and snacks as well as valet service for easy parking.
Great location. Out of the way of downtown with plenty of free parking. Very close to all the things Cleveland has to offer via Lyft. Easy share ride pick up location.
The rooms were very clean was hoping for different things for breakfast, but everything was good. I love how there was places to eat and shop near by the hotel.
The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant by the lobby was good to have since there isn't much in the way of breakfast options in downtown Cleveland.
