The location offered all of any needed services on the highway where it is located. The location was close to Neshaminy State Park where we as a group had a nice hike walking through the woods and along Neshaminy Creek and the Delaware River.

Bensalem was fine the hotel was not.
Bensalem was fine the hotel was not. Were booked for two nights. The first night we were out for a bit and about a half an hour after coming back to our room the phone rang. The desk clerk asked if we were there and I said yes. I went and spoke to the clerk and apparently our room was given to someone else but when they came to the door they heard our dog barking. If we weren't there at the time someone else would've been in our room with all of our belongings. Certainly not acceptable. A desk clerk checked us out the first night because the room was promised to a friend. We were out the next morning, came back and couldn't get into the room. All of our belongings were in the room. The desk clerk asked my husband what color our suitcases were. My husband wasn't going for this at all and definitely made known his displeasure. We were both given new keycards for our room. We had to go out the second night and were quite worried if we would be able to get back into our room. To our relief we were. I would not book at this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable which is the only good thing I can say about our experience.

Easy excess to many area attractions, Philadelphia, casino, sesame place. Will say alot of area construction on roads as well as homes as they had a tornado come through several weeks ago. Many businesses looking for help, as is the rest of the country.
I never stayed at the candlewood suites before I was recommended by a young lady who stayed there before when her apartment was flooded she said the hotel was wonderful she had no complaints about it so I remember and I booked a room there overnight it was above my expectations the rose was extremely clean spacious the bathroom was wonderful and I like the fact that you have a little stove microwave in a full size refrigerator I will hardly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a hotel room staying in that area
The hotel has been recently renovated and looks much better than I expected. The rooms are a very good size with a great coffee machine and TV. While there were some old stains on the carpet, it was very clean.
Breakfast was included for us and had a good range of options all of which were a very good quality.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The on site parking felt safe and had plenty of spaces.
The neighborhood felt quite safe and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance.
I recently stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites, Bensalem and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The lobby was modern and welcoming. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the area.
I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff during my stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Bensalem. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs. The location was also convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great experience!
Location was super convenient to the casino and to family we were visiting. Good coffee available, decent gym, and ample parking. The doors are dampened, so they don't slam when people come in all hours of the night, and the rooms and very sound proofed, much appreciated. Comfortable bed, nice towels, robes and sheets.
The best hotel that. I have stayed in in years. Beautiful facility, exceptionally maintained. Friendly efficient staff. Good breakfast. Will always stay in this hotel when I am in this town.
We’ve used this Sleep Inn several times during our numerous road trips. The hotel is comfortable, staff always really friendly and helpful. Great value and we will continue to use in future.
The breakfast was in a bag. The hotel room bathroom was dirty hair everywhere. No blankets on the bed. Called for 2 blankets and the staff had to go search for them and extra towels..
My stay at the Holiday Inn Bensalem was enjoyable. My room was clean as well as the bathroom. I had the handicapped room so I did need a walk in shower which was in the bathroom.
Enjoyed everything. Lovely staff, convenient location. Easy walk to the major location. The rooms were huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. Best place to stay in Bensalem.
