Great location , loved having a fridge and microwave. Spacious room and quiet in the evening after they had band stopped at 9 on Friday night. It’s a cute little funky place and I would probably stay again

Seaside was perfect for us. We travel by motorcycle and easy park at our door facing the ocean. The beach so clean and they took extra attention to make the room clean and attractive. The girl at reception walked us to our room and very helpful. The restaurant excellent.

San Felipe is a very typical stop on the way to Baja Sur if traveling on Highway 5 (usually crossing in Mexicali.) The problem with San Felipe is that lodging tends to be very pricy. In the future (I've made this trip twice - I live in Loreto) I will probably cross and stay in Mexicali, then drive to Guerrero Negro the following day, skipping San Felipe.
On the other hand, San Felipe is a nice little town and very accessible from southeast California and Arizona. So, if you're camping, it can be a very good and convenient option for a long weekend in Mexico without the issues attending border towns.

Property manager lied about not having a complete power failure in the area. She could not be contacted because even the cell service was affected. Denied our request for a refund because we weren’t going to stay in a room without A/C in 118 degree temps. Place was a condo w extra charges for linens and towels and was not “on the beach as advertised” but rather on a bluff in a gated community.

Nice & quiet during the summer.
Nice & quiet during the summer. Not too much going on in the summer, but I don't like crowds. Not huge like other Mexican resort places....which I liked.. Pretty, decent restaurants, great bungolow hotel, Safe from what I understand. No issues. Very hot and humid.

San Felipe is a known for it's offloading adventures and is a stop on the BAHA 1000. The beaches we went to were not super nice and lots of dead fish and garbage but I 'm sure there are nicer places. The town has tourist prices so is not much of a value of cost vs niceties. but its a great stop for food and offload sports.

Great beaches, great food, lots of great restaurants on the Malecon and friendly people. Rice and Beans on the Malecon has great clams and shrimp dishes for dinner, Rosita's has a wonderful breakfast, Taco Factory has great molcajete and margaritas. Take a drive to Percebu, about 20 minutes south of town and enjoy a Cazuela bowl. Or drive 2.5 hours to Gonzaga Bay and enjoy lunch at the Eco Resort on the beach.
Great location right on the beach. We tried to order at the restaurant after a long day of travel and we were informed that the cook left so there was no food available. The Bartender very sweetly offered for his wife to bring us some food from one of the nearby restaurants. We of course declined but we thought it was so nice and accommodating of him to offer that. Very nice man!
The hotel is right on the beach with picnic tables under palapas in front of the rooms. it’s really beautiful. The rooms are small, but adequate, with a table, fridge, coffee maker and a few chairs. our room had Teo beds, which were very comfortable. We didn’t see the staff much, but our encounters were very positive. The restaurant serves good food and also has a nice ambiance.
Staying in an AirBNB in San Felipe for the night. Very nice and clean and great communication with the owner. Very secure, a Chihuahua barked all night making sure no one even dared come close and not until the gallo came on duty in the morning did the Chihuahua stop his barking duty. We will stay there again 😁
This place is fabulous. Private room with patio, fire pit and kitchen area. Gabby is a great hostess, and the care and effort is evident. Much better than your average hotel. A small honor bar was a great feature. Secure parking. Great vibe. Would definitely stay here again. Close to every thing.
Centrally located in San Felipe, close to the beach. Very large, comfortable room. We had dinner at their restaurant Alfredo- the food was very good and had nice service.
The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has nice grounds and a lovely swimming pool.
Older hotel in the perfect location. Cleaned every day, restaurant on premises is good, security every night, parking. Breakfast needs work. No mini frig. Plenty of hot water, and outside noise level was fine. Rooms on a side street so pretty quiet.
the very very best location in San Felipe. amazing views. so convenient to enjoy San Felipe. large open house layout opening up onto a deck with the best views in San Felipe. it’s literally right in the middle of Malecón.
The location was excellent. A huge plus was the fact that you had access to a private pool and beach at a resort 15min from the hotel. This fact will make sure that I use this facility again.
Room was right on the beach and appeared recently renovated. Room was very clean and the showers work really well and we’re very welcome after a long day on a motorcycle.
Price is USD higher than expected! We should not pay $150 per night for a room in Mexico and especially in San Felipe! I think around $70 to $80 would be a fair price!
