Reception staff during the day was very polite, friendly and helpful with me as well as others answering questions during checking in or out even though being busy under so much pressure they do an awesome job. Location, cleanliness, large room, renovated nice bathroom, the staff were very nice, helpful and had good recommendations. Breakfast was nice and varied, though if you don't like pickled food you might have less options to choose from (I love pickles so it was heaven for me!)
