The owner, Satoshi was really helpful and friendly. The room was great especially the view. And the private bath was wonderful!. Beautiful and spacious dining hall with a TV come with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Tasty breakfast buffet with many choices of both japanese and western food. We went to both public and private onsens and both were great, I recommend reserving a private onsen if it's available, it has beautiful view over the mountains. Staff was very helpful and polite. It's also convenient that the hotel offers transfers to and from train station, ski resort and restaurants in the evening. Highly recommend!

We walk around the neighborhood happily like a kid. The room and the toilet are exceptionally clean. The sento and hot tub are very nice. Satoshi san and his family are very welcoming, they treat us like a family friend instead of guest. I stayed there with my friends for Fuji Rock Festival and Satoshi san provide pick up and transfer service from hotel to Echigo Yuzawa station for free. Arigatō gozaimasu.

Bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. We had delicious western breakfast. I had the best stay thankfully to Satoshi san, he is the owner and he will make sure that you are very comfortable and very accommodating. We were absolutely happy with our holiday spent at this hotel. Would I recommend this hotel? A million percent YES!!!

We booked breakfast and dinner. Food was good and plenty, family-style cooking. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful, all speaking English. There is a dry room for ski gears and a luggage storage room. All very convenient.
