Check in and out procedure was efficient, same lady, who was most helpful. Can't really comment further as it was simply a place to spend the night before starting our journey the next morning. Fuel station next door so ideal for filling up the rental car before returning it or topping up the tank for onward travel. Free water from dispensing machines. Despite being alongside the A4, the hotel is well soundproofed.

We used it twice due to its convenient location: when arriving late in Bergamo and when leaving early in the morning. Excellent communication with the host. Very tasteful and nicely decorated rooms, we felt like we were sleeping in a lavander field. We could also use the common room/kitchen to eat. The kids were delighted with the animals and the playground.
