The hotel exceeded our expectations. They were kind to upgrade us to a room with a balcony - water front view. Best spot in town! The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Breakfast was good and communicaton with hotel was easy. Parking is available for free on a street below the hotel and main piazza. They also have a romantic restaurant with a view where the chefs are serving innovative and tasty dishes.

Wonderful recently renovated family hotel, perfect location for a visit to Sciacca. Host Raffaele greeted us with complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with rooftop terrace overlooking the old town. He makes an excellent cappuccino and delicious breakfast, and also a perfect afternoon spritz. Also a really good neighborhood pizza place right across the street. A short walk to convenient free parking.

New hotel on harbor front, with large bedroom & bathroom, fluffy towels & excellent bed linens. We were just overnighting, so chose the standard room, only drawback no windows. The more expensive rooms have a balcony & harbor view. An elevator rides to 5th floor entrance in town, after that there are 4 flights of steps to reach center. We did not have breakfast, just went to Charlie's Bar next door for sandwich & cappuccino. We had seafood dinner in harbor a restaurant..unfortunately not great.

Sciacca is such a hidden gem of a place. So much to do and see in Sciacca, from the Porto area, where the fishermen bring in their catch of the day and the old apartments and houses in that old, beautiful area of town, to the Centro area of Sciacca, with the beautiful old churches, streets and walled city. The food is of course based around the fresh seafood, that is caught daily. I love everything about Sciacca.

If you like maritime culture and a small unpretentious town but with excellent seafood restaurants, Sciacca might be for you. It has a big fishing port, very colourful. Up the hill is the main town, classy and attractive and without a lot of tourist trinket shops and other tourist eyesores. It would probably be mellow in summer with everyone out in the cafes all evening. The beaches are outside the town about 15 min. We did an early spring tour of Sicily's southwest coast looking for possible August holiday places for the future. I liked Sciacca.

Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily.
Sciacca is a perfect place to explore south western Sicily. The town is easily explored in a half day and has nice stores and restaurants.
Definitely prettier and less up and down than Agrigento. It is a little over an hour from the Palermo Airport by car and you can explore the ancient temple of Segesta on the way and only have an hour drive to Agrigento and the many picturesque and historic attractions on the way there.
Also Corleone and Piana degli Albanesi are on the way to Palermo for those who are interested in some of the Mafia history.

It is a nice Sicilian town full of History and monuments.
It is a nice Sicilian town full of History and monuments. The city itself is a little gem as you can still see buildings that were built a long time ago still there and in use. Food and restaurants are good too as well as shops and other amenities. The only "black spot" is the fact that if you want to go to the beach you must have a car. In the evening you can enjoy a promenade in the piazza or, if scheduled, watch gigs of live music on the streets.

Sciacca is a charming place for a short stay.
Sciacca is a charming place for a short stay. The residents are kind and welcoming. We enjoyed walking along the streets and the alleyways and appreciated that it is not packed with too many tourists. It is a also good base to visit The Valley of the Temples in Argrigento.
We loved our stay in Sciacca with Silvio and Carmelo. Silvio greeted us outside the front and helped us park as we had a car. We stayed for 4 nights and felt like family. Silvio went above and beyond to make our stay perfect in Sciacca, on our last day we had an early flight and Silvio left some breakfast for us to grab at 5am for our drive to the airport!
The b&b has a lot of character, but modern, was spotless, and in a great location (but still quiet). 100% recommend and I hope to see Silvio and Carmelo on our next trip to Sicily.
The house is nice. Our room had a nice balcony to a lemon tree garden. There was room service.
Breakfast was diverse and good, including capuccino (or other hot beverage), fruit juice, cornetos with different fillings and sandwiches.it's not identical every day.
Location is great, but if you do not like steps (don't go to Sciacca or Agrigento), you need to take a greater turn I think.
Fulvio is very concerned about your wellbeing and can give you tips on car rental.
One of the best places I have stayed in many years of travelling! Charming apartment, well decorated. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook for yourself. And a washing machine! Fantastic views over the harbour, and just 400 metres from Piazza Scandaliato. Sciacca is a great place to explore. Feels like the real Sicily, not just for tourists.
Excellent hotel with excellent service, I highly recommend them to everyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Sciacca. Mattresses are very comfortable as well! The rooms are always clean and the staff is very welcoming and inviting. This is the second time I'm staying there and both experiences were excellent so it's time I write a review and let everyone know!
Absolutely wonderful!!!!! We were a group of 10, so a bit harder to accommodate, but they couldn’t of been more helpful or kind. Marguerite and Gasper were beyond amazing!!! the rooms were delightful and quaint. Breakfast was just what we needy, light but right!
This will now be our Sciacca home from now on!!! Treat yourself to this gem!!!!!0
What a wonderful hotel and great value for money. Worth the extra euros for a sea view room (marina view) we had a balcony but also the beautiful bathroom also had a balcony.
Staff were lovely and great recommendation for 10 minute drive to San Giorgio beach
East parking nearby and lovely restaurants
The location and the room itself were amazing, but the best was the kindness and friendly treatment from Fulvio :)
He was extra nice, picking us up from the station (when we didn't even ask for it) and giving us tips to fully enjoy Sciacca. Such a pity that we stayed just for one night!
We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast every morning al fresco at the restaurant overlooking the pool in this fabulous family run resort. The owners and staff were wonderfull and quite simply couldn't do enough for us, they truly enhanced our week long stay in Sicily.
The owner was very nice and helpful. Especially as our son got a little accident she tried to help as much as possible. The location is perfect, the room was as hoped and with baby bed possibility.
Breakfast is in a bar nearby. Not the best but ok.
Everything at this hotel on the sea was fabulous! The room was very clean and bright. The gardens were beautiful as was the beach. The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need and then some. I would like to return for a longer visit!
clean, nicely decorated, all amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. best for place we have stayed in Sicily. highly recommend. the food in the restaurant below is also great. fresh, good quality, large portions and great prices.
The best B&B we have stayed in Sicily. Everything was excellent from the video sent to us to show us were to park to the excellent breakfast left for us in the morning. The B&B is spotlessly clean and looks like it has recently been refurbished.
Very nice and clean hotel, and From the hotel you can walk straight to the centre , we were with bike and we could park next to the hotel where there is the hotel cameras so felt safe aswell
Upscale, contemporary hotel. Large multi-level rooms. Silvano was extremely helpful with dinner & sightseeing. Breakfast was plentiful with wide variety to choose from-best so far!
Great Host. Lovely property with a roof top patio in the historical part of Sciacca. Giuseppe couldnt do enough for us, even came to get us when we were lost
Very friendly staff, offering lots of interesting information on Sciacca and good tips on where to eat. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of local delicacies.
