More than anything else, the location!! The place is simply beautiful!! More picturesque than one can at first imagine!! Then we come to the super friendly and cooperative staff, who were always there to help you, and always with a smile!! Made you feel at home from the very first moment!! Normally places that score so highly on the points mentioned above come with rooms or facilities that can do with a bit of renovation or an update! Not this one!! Almost perfect when it came to the rooms and other facilities! A clear 10!!

Literally can't say enough good things about this resort. It was the highlight of our two week trip to Northern Italy. The amount of wellness amenities provided was immense, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had inquiries. We spent a day by the indoor/outdoor pool, booked a massage, had dinner and ended the night on the deck listening to live music. It was the perfect day. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional with a variety of options and perks. They had a wine tasting bar for dinner, so you could be sure to select the right one for your meal. Our only regret was we didn't have more time here to take advantage of the numerous other perks and offerings.
