A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

I was in Minerva hotel with a group of business delegation as their coordinator.
The location was perfect. A walking distance from Arezzo Fiera and about 20 minutes by walk to city center.
Breakfast was good and delicious. Of course it is an Italian hotel and you can not compare it with some other 4-star hotels in Asia.
The rooms was spacious and big enough for 2 people with all facilities you need.
I will try to stay in Minerva hotel next time if they have available rooms for my group.

The hotel is located a short walk from the train station and also close to the historic city centre. While it feels like the hotel is getting a little old and worn, the room was still very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the rooftop terrace the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink with a view.
