The handover of the keys was very smooth. There is free parking space behind the building.

Our host was lovely, the location was fantastic, the accommodation was perfect and could easily have allowed for children or an additional two people (there were only two of us). The kitchen and bathroom were fantastic. We got the train to some near by towns / villages which was great.
The weather wasn't great when we went but our lovely host had umbrella's to spare and was really helpful!

As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many...
As we stayed in winter, we didn't expect to find so many restaurants closed in the evening. Fortunately we found one opened 30 minutes away driving. Quiet small town, good to relax or trekking. After we explored the area other cities around were also interesting and some prettier. Dervio is good to stay and relax while visiting other cities around the lake Como.FranckFrance - 10Scored 10

Very nice and quiet apartment! Perfect place to discover the Como lake. Perfect hospitality and very nice and clean apartment. In the front of the house the Italian traditional shop with the very good Italian food. The apartment is high recommendable !!!! Thank you

Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake.
Many people go to Como town to see the Como lake. But in Dervio you can find much more magnificent view on the lake and the mountains. You can also experience some water activity and enjoy the nature without so many tourists

Very pleasant village on the eastern side of lake Como.
Very pleasant village on the eastern side of lake Como. Nice walk along the lake. Perfect location to explore the neighbourhood. Beautiful Varenna is only 10 minutes drive down the lake. The ferry from there will take you in 15 minutes to Bellagio and other side of the lake. Up north, walking distance to gorgeous medieval town Corenno Plinio.

The building is situated in beautiful natural surroundings. Convenient and secure parking. The hostess was very informative and helpful. You need a car even to the town center, because there are no sidewalks, but otherwise the location is very convenient, close to the beautiful Varenna where the ferry can take you to the pictoresque Bellagio and Menaggio. There are walking trails in Colico and Dervio nearby.

Theres also free parking with the appartment which was great for us. Town Dervio is great for exploring the nearby towns of Varenna and Bellagio and has a nice public beach near the appartment where we spent a whole day. It's in a little street, what is fortunate, because it won't be too hot even in the middle of the summer. Our hosts are really welcoming and helping. The breakfast is together for every guest, so it's like a nice family gathering. Our room was clean, and well equipped with everything. We'd love to go back some day in the future.GaborHungary

It had all amenities you could possibly need and self check in was easy and hassle free.
