The more or less only good thing on this rooms: they are directly above a wonderful cafe, where you get coffee and cookies already early in the morning. The rest is clean standard, but quite boring and - when you look on the photos - not what you would expect.
Located on the Arenzano seafront, this 4-star hotel is a charming early 20th-century building with free swimming pool and elegant restaurant, La Veranda.

Ottimo per soggiorni sia da singoli che con famiglia.
Cute little beach town. The town is VERY small, so we saw it all within 3 days, but it was also a great base for visiting the rest of the Italian Riviera by train. Visited several towns, all the way out to Sanremo.

The hotel is a minute walk from the beach, nice restaurants and bars yet during the night it's still quiet. The spa was a pleasant surprise, I had a really good massage and a facial, thank you Eliza! :)
The hotel is also kiddos ( separate pool for them) and dog friendly.
I would return any time!

Great place, a genuine seaside resort with character and down to earth. A thriving place but not full of beautiful people just a simple town with some interesting Alleys and shops. it has everything there and we liked it and would visit again.

Arenzano is a nice pleasant town with some nice restaurants...
Arenzano is a nice pleasant town with some nice restaurants in the back streets and at the marina, le Sins and Ochin da Ma being favourites. The latter was particularly good value as is €30 for 4 courses plus coffee and a digestive but the menu is all fish and mostly fixed, just a choice of 2 mains. There were 2 starters but they served you both anyway. Le Sins is in the Marina so you can sit by the water and the owners are a delight. Pulupaio next door is good as well. Is say 3/4 days is enough. The worst aspect of Arenzano and the Italian Riviera generally is the privatisation of the beaches. Irrespective of the cost of parasols and sun beds, which is very high €20-40 per day, the view from the promenades and the sense of being by the coast is completely spoiled by a plethora of changing rooms and kiosks.

Traffic caos . No distance respect in town .
Traffic caos . No distance respect in town . It seems that the coming back to normality is even worse ( something hidden before) and the pollution is on highest level and the access to sea is barricaded by commercial activities : if seems that they hide the sea !
Wonderful stay and attentive host!
The house is cozy, well equipped and with sound maintenance. Plenty of space in the rooms and nice bathrooms (one is even huge). The lunch table eventually results slightly small for 12 people.
High quality for beds, linen and towels provided.
Read the description carefully to be well aware of position: 200m elevation and some km by a road -yet paved by tarmac- but steep, narrow and with some tight bends. Perfect if you like peace, but not suitable if searching for walking distance from center or beach.
Beautiful building in the middle of the Italian riviera with super helpful and positive staff. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, especially waking up in the morning looking at the sea and enjoying the sunshine directly out of our bed. At breakfast you can find a lot of local specialities and also international ones which are all delicious. The rooms are modern and very clean, the mattress was ultra comfortable and seems to be new.
Important: Check the hotel internet site, since they give you better pricing as Booking!
the property was fresh and nicely decorated, minimalist but had everything needed. Room was clean and bathroom was very spacious as well as the terrace. Even tho there was no parking on site there was plenty free parking places on the street. The walk to town is only 15-20. Davide, the owner, was really really nice and happy to give us an advice of how to get around Arenzano or best places to eat. We are definitely coming back again as it was super value for money
Room 308 - Located only 30K away from Genoa ferry terminal and 2K away from autostrada. Very easy to find. Hotel accommodated us with our late arrival as ferry was delayed. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel located in the center of the city, parking right behind the hotel. Excellent breakfast ! Room was big, bed comfortable and wifi worked great ! Arenzano also seems to be a very nice little city to live in.
We and our dog felt right at home. We were welcomed with open arms and an open heart. The hotel owner is an absolutely delightful lady, who we chatted with about everything the whole time we stayed at the hotel.
She feed us and our dog and even packed us the delicious Italian food for our way back home. We decided to meet again in Arenzano or Napoli )))
Huge room with balcony and nice view.
Perfectly clean and extra care for lighting.
Parking accessible directly via elevator is probably unique, or very rare at least.
A real hotel, I would repeat without any doubt.
Just near highway exit.
Staff very friendly.
Location is very close to the beach, cleaning staff, waitresses at breakfast, receptionists are very efficient and forthcoming. Lovely beds, crispy bedding and soft towels. The hotel does have a parking, it just gets really full in the evening.
The area, the hotel was amazing and the continental breakfast was perfect with all you need. A good selection of menu, a big swimming pool with great sunbathing facilities. The balcony was amazing. We loved the lift going down to the beach.
Comfortable double bed, working air conditioning, extremely clean bathroom. Very convenient to reach the beach, restaurants and other services of Arenzano. The staff waited for us beyond the expected arrival time.
I had an exceptional stay at Ulivi and would highly recommend. Massimo at the front desk was very kind and helped with all my needs. Next time I come back to Arenzano I will definitely book here. Ci vediamo.
definitely more than expected and very good value for the price. We had a great time, booked a second night and will go back if our travels will take us to Arenzano again. Be aware of the dog :-)
Location is good. Beach are in front. there are many restaurant and bar around the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. They help us to find the proper space to park our car.
The location, scenary and staff were nice, the town itself was okay, although hospitality at restaurants was not typical Italian. The room was fine, but nothing special.
Good location, sea is very near. Place is located between Arenzano and Cogoleto reachable by foot along the sea shore. comfortable apartment. good for family stay
great location and the stuff is very nice, helpful and always with a smile. the hotel is a bit dated but very clean, and the bed was new and super comfortable.
Very nice hotel in front of the beach. Very friendly and helpful people. Good breakfast. Free parking at the hotel.
Only air conditioning could be better
