Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by a friendly person and made arrangements for a great dinner. The breakfast, which was included, was very good with many choices. I would definitely stay here again.

As they say in french, this hotel is our 'coup de cœur', it has amazing views from the restaurant, 15min drive from Vik and 10min drive from Dyrholaey Promontory. The room was cosy, design, very clean, well decorated and had a lovely big shower. The breakfast is included in the price and it serves hot and cold, very generous and a good choice of everything (especially lots of fruit!). The receptionist gave us very good restaurant tips for the evening although we could also eat at the restaurant but chose to visit Vik instead.

The room was big and comfortable and quiet as there aren’t many rooms. The breakfast was complimentary and very tasty. The staff lady was very helpful.

The location, despite being far from everything, conveys great tranquility. It was beautiful to see the sunset in this peaceful place. It is about 20 minutes from Vík í Mýrdal. Simple but pleasant breakfast. Friendliness of the staff. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms and kitchen, despite being shared, were very well cleaned and in good condition.

It was a very clean and comfortable stay, a well equipped kitchen available for use. There is a shared bathroom with 4 other rooms, however the bathroom was the cleanest we saw during our trip to Iceland. Location is decent, not in the city center, close to the famous Black Beach. Due to its positioning we saw the northern lights there without driving further !
