Nice and interesting place in the Negev. We were taken a very good care of. Our 2 year son loved the place, had a lot of fun with local kids and was reluctant to leave :-) It was a pleasure to meet Khalil and his family. Importantly, you can get diner there on Sabbath when you arrange it before hand. If you arrive in Israel on Friday evening as we did, that is something you will appreciate. Very good communication with the host. Excellent food.

Dimona is lovely city now --- a real turn-around in the last 10 years: A lake, a big villa project, and an upbeat feeling: Visit Mamshit, and Camel Ranch, Orly Sabras Plantation, and the Big and small Craters, and Ein Orke'am. Rokfor restaurant is lovely, and Drachim Hotel is exceptional!

Dimona is a hidden gem.
Dimona is a hidden gem. As we have family there, we visit every time we are in Israel. However, it would be a lovely Israeli town for people to experience. There is only one traffic light into the town. There are delightful roundabouts with themes on them - exploring the history of Israel such as Herzl standing on a balcony as you enter Dimona, a sport theme, King David's harp. There is also a pleasant man made lake in a park with plenty of equipment for younger children to get their wiggles out. The town has a diverse community which consists of immigrant populations like Moroccans, Russians, Ethiopians, and the African Hebrew Israelites originally from Chicago. If you really want a taste of Israel, visit Dimona.
Quite and peaceful stay among camels in the middle of desert. Kids loved it. The camel enclosure is just in the middle of the farm. We had a hut with the desert view in the shade of the big tree and hammock. There is an air-con in the hut , we switched the heating on as it was quite cold outside. Breakfast was great and the guys managing the farm were very friendly, they even provided the tips what to do in Israel. And the camel ride was awesome.
Very clean, big rooms, a nice and clean shower.
There's tea, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, TV and a sink in the room which all again were very clean and working well.
Close to the inn there's some shops so you'll get everything for your daily needs and more.
Perfect for a trip to Dimona for work, as you can relax and sleep in a comfortable bed or on the cozy couch after work.
Location, efficiency, price. We are a group of friends who trek in the desert several times every year. We Stayed at Hadass few times along the years and were pleased. No breakfast in this hotel but the rooms had all you need (gas, refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery etc.) so we had a nice breakfast and could prepare food for the Trek we planned for the rest of the day.
The hotel is centrally located and very comfortable. The manager was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff were very kind and friendly as well, and even took time to explain interesting details about the lovely Hebrew community I had come there to see.
the Camel Ranch provides a unique experience in the Negev Desert. it is not like an ordinary hotel. as expected the place does not offer normal hotel hotel amenities but, the experience is great.
