Hotel was in a very nice location with a lovely park and river nearby. Hotel had a very nice terrace overlooking the river and part of the park. Furniture had an old style but everything was in good state. Staff and service were fast and impeccable.

Very nice town, with beautiful centre/ though at the moment there are a lot of reconstructions of the roads in the old town, as well as on some main buildings/. Very safe place to walk around even late in the evening. Concerts nearby Zorin dom, almost every evening. Full of cafes and small restaurants;) cheap enough ☺️Very nice and helpful people!

This property is clean, modern with a nice view of the city center over the river. It's got a great location close to shops and supermarkets. It is a single house so, parking and access to the place was very convenient.

Karlovac is a small city that is structurally representative of the time right after World War II, and yet modern in the arts, parks, and people. You need to stay at least a week to absorb full culture of the area.

Karlovac was founded as a military fortress in 1579 by Charles II of Austria, it has the same shape (a hexagon) as the Cittadella of Alessandria (Italy), I guess therefore the two towns are twinned.
Very interesting to visit the old town of Karlovac which is identical with the old military fortress.
You can also try the local beer, the "Karlovacko".

We only came for the Parni Valjak concert, which was fantastic. Had a few hours to look around, but was very pleased with what we saw, specialy in the Old town. We'll take more time for sightseeing on the next occasion, its worthy.
The town is conveniently located to downtown; my son and I went back and forth a few times per day. Karlovac is a neat mid-size non-touristy city that was a great break from the touristy coastal towns. My son loved going down to the river with the locals in the afternoons to swim. The hotel was beautifully renovated, very pleasing to the eye and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved this place and will certainly use it again in the future as a stopping point en route to the coast.
I loved everything about this accommodation. There was nothing I did not like about it. We will definitely book again 😊
Parking place right in front of the flat. Nice!
Tourist information and several restaurants and the best bakery in town just around the corner.
Our son enjoyed strolling in the park (right in front of the flat) and sketching with chalk on the black wall in the cozy and modern kitchen.
I can also recommend restaurant / konoba Črni kos. Especially when you have kids.
Have a good stay in Karlovac! Enjoy
The very much perfect place to stay in Karlovac! A so much nice, quiet, clean, heartful decorated, central place, supermarkets are very near, about 15 minutes to walk from the central bus station. The owner is so much friendly and helpful and surprised me again with a bottle of wine, coffee/tea, and candies. There’s a beautiful panorama of Karlovac, high up, from the 11th floor. I heartly recommend this place to all travelers and I will come back and stay there again when I’m again in Karlovac.
We liked everything, the apartment was very nice and very close to the city centre. We like the hospitality of the owners (welcome drink and even the breakfast ready for us in the fridge), possibility of late check-in and reliable internet connection. A big advantage is parking right next door (excellent for packing/unpacking the luggage, no need to carry the bags for too long). We highly recommend this apartment and if we come to Karlovac next time, this will surely be our choice again.
Third time I have stayed here, and it cannot be faulted. Location, value for money, the apartment in general was immaculate. Continue to recommend place to stay for those exploring Karlovac and surrounds, or just stopping over on the way through to the coast.
Thanks again Željko!
This is a best place to stay in Karlovac or around! Amazing hotel, very kind employees, great kitchen (lamb was perfect!). Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. The room was spacious and cozy, yet stylish as well. Can't wait to come here again.
The interior is a bit dated but acceptable for the price and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet. Excellent location if you’re driving past Plitvice lakes - it’s right next to the road and easy to find.
Great location when arriving in Croatia and getting out of Zagreb. Only 45min drive from the Airport. Accommodations were perfect for our family trip . Facilities were clean and well furnished and equipped. Would stay again!
The place was exactly as described and in an absolutely beautifull region of Croatia. The hosts were more than friendly and went out of their way to cater to every one of our needs. Really an amazing experience.
Village-like surroundings, but omly 5-6 minutes by car to the centre. The owner is very kind and the flat is convenient. He offered the garage for my car. Ideal for spend few days in Karlovac.
Perfect contact with the owner. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything necessary during a stopover - Karlovać is a town located almost halfway from Poland to southern Croatia.
Everything was perfect. The apartment is clean, spacious, everything is new and fully functional. If we're ever coming back to stay in Karlovac, we will absolutely go to this place again
stylish and modern apartment in Karlovac. very friendly and pleasant host. the apartment included everything you could ever think of. very much recommended!
