We had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was overpriced, shoddy, empty and the staff were unaccomodating. Would never recommend.

A real country pub with superb, above avarage restaurant facilities and cooking quality. The restaurant is well visited during the evenings and we can understand why. The surrounding countryside is lovely for an evening walk. Staff could not have been more helpful.
Our room was comfortable and bathroom facilities wonderful.

Ferrari? .
Ferrari? .
Grounds and most public spaces in hotel were nice (not Ladies toilets).
Friendly staff.
There are 2 supermarkets within a mile from the hotel.
Our (Exececutive) room was not Ferrari status.
Our room didn't have tea/coffee maker, as advertised.
It had old-fashioned furniture covered with black tablecloths and a stool with peeling fabric on it.
The jacuzzi bath only worked on one setting.
The 'flat-screen TV' was as small as a laptop screen.
A 30-piece brass band was practising in an events room below our room from 8-10pm on one night and 8-9pm on another night. We'd gone away for a peaceful getaway. We certainly didn't get that.

We arrived late but the receoptioniost had telephoned to enquire if we were on our way and that our plans were unchanged. Friendly receptionist advice us of the room location - single flight of wide stairs, and offered a brief history of the house.
Exceptionally spacious room (suite) with interesting, but slightly overpowering French furniture. Comfortable bed, lovely views from the bedroom. Good supply of hot water in the shower (source of soap in the shower would be an advantage as the self-service bottles are on the bathroom window sill.
Unfortunately did not have enough time to sit or explore the lounge / bar area, not the gardens.
Vegetarian breakfast option was welcome. All staff friendly.

We planned to walk our dog around beacon fell, unfortunately a storm arrived the same day we did and the main road in was closed. We just had to walk a bit farther. Ferraris hotel was the perfect place to relax after a cold day. Very pet friendly, even allowed to sit with us in the bar for drinks then breakfast in the morning. I understand not everyone appreciates dogs being around while they eat but fortunately, they are accommodated in the bar area for breakfast, while the main dining area is pet free. Excellent set up

The apartment really was home from home as advertised.
The apartment really was home from home as advertised. We found people locally to be very friendly. Bowland surely is an area of outstanding natural beauty and we hope to return in the not to distant future.
The location was great for exploring central and coastal Lancashire.
Longridge is a very nice town and the people v friendly. The accommodation was centrally located and the owners had very helpfully left a help manuel explaining how to work things and give pertinent information. Wecwere v impresed with the standard of the accommodation. It was beautifully decorated and provided everything you needed for our stay. We would have booked another night if we could have but someone else had booked the Friday night.
Lovely hotel and wedding venue with extensive outdoor space/grounds. Dinner was ok and breakfast was good. Our room was lovely although not quite sure what made it an 'executive suite'. Staff (family) were lovely and shared the history of the hotel and very useful local information. A bit of a hidden gem.
The location of the hotel was ideal for me, as it was fairly isolated. The hotel has character, lovely garden and good parking capacity.
My room on this occasion was absolutely lovely, looking out onto the garden area.
The room was large and well appointed including tea and coffee facilities.
Location was excellent for me personally as I was working in Longridge. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room itself was of a very high standard I travel a lot for work and see lots of different hotels and this has been one of the best I’ve stayed at
Beautiful gardens, friendly staff, excellent food - and the lovely antique furniture in our room overlooking the garden was such a change from the bland, boring modern decor and furniture in most modern hotels. The breakfast was good too! We will definitely return
This is a gem of hotel in a beautiful setting. The food was amazing, fresh, well cooked and with lots of options. You can see the owners really care about the hotel, it had a very homely feel with great service. Room was a good size and very comfortable.
We stayed in the jack Russell room. The room was such bigger than I expected. It had a separate back and walk in shower . The bed was so comfy . Would definitely book again if we were going back to Longridge.
Breakfast was included and dinner meals were very reasonably priced (luckily since the hotel is not near anything else). Lovely gardens and the place has character. Plenty of parking.
Have used hotel frequently.. Always a pleasure to arrive after a long day. Comfortable rooms, good food and breakfast is excellent. Location is lovely and the gardens are a delight.
Everything was fabulous, the staff, the room, the friendliness of the village. A perfect stay for us to visit family who'd recently moved to Longridge.
