We booked accommodation, was left no message for keys nor answer from the host. As I cancelled my stay after I was sat outside the property for half an hour I have requested a refund even though the cancellation fee was the booking amount and have been in contact with booking.com and they have asked the host to respond to not only them in regards to a refund but me.
