Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They immediately got the paw of approval from our doggy, Susie Lurcher. If we needed help, coffee or anything, we just needed to say the word.
Definitely not 3 first class snobbish upmarket overpriced chicken coop, but a decent hotel, at a good price staffed by locals who went out of their way to go 'the extra mile'

Firstly, the staff were probably the most pleasant and wlelcoming I have seen in a hotel for a long time. Every member always acknowledged you be it reception, bar or house keeping they really great. breakfast was good, and again the staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

The owner was really friendly and offered us a lift to the station even. The paly was spotless. we didn't use the hot tub in the end but it was open to lovely views. We even had tea/coffee/milk and breakfast items left for us
