Great location attached to a mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. We took the boat to old town and shooed and had dinner. The boat ride was 5 euros each so it was a bargain! We saw Lyon from the water and had a nice ride to the tourist area. The hotel has a nice balcony and we brought our own snacks but ordered drinks from the bar. They were very accommodating. I left my things behind in the safe and realized it after we checked out and the staff retrieved it for me and I picked it up when we grabbed our stored luggage. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. In old town we visited St Jean church which was beautiful.

Staff were friendly and the spa access was very welcome. Room was comfortable and spacious too. Was attending the Taylor Swift concert and the staff gave us friendship bracelets, body glitter and a fan which was a lovely touch.
