it was clean well organized and easy to find. The restaurant is absolutely magnificent. The staff and the manager are very very good. I really enjoyed my dinner there. The breakfast was great in the morning. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will return there again.

Brioude is a very pleasant small Auvergne town.
Brioude is a very pleasant small Auvergne town. The wonderful very early basilica would compete with the cathedral in Clermont-Ferrand for architectural quality, ancient wall frescoes and atmosphere. There are at least two well reviewed restaurants in town, we will book ahead next time to get a table! Our visit was on a damp December day -the town would be even more pleasant in warmer, sunny weather.

Elegant and Beautiful! I love the decorations of this heritage apartment, it is their family apartment with over 300 years history! Very neat and tidy and clean! I will definitely stay here again if I come to Brioude.

Brioude was very quiet in the evening with nearly all restaurants closed. The hotel booked us into their sister hotel’s restaurant (Hôtel Restaurant La Sapinière). The meal there was excellent and would highly recommend. A good breakfast selection.
