It’s located in a very small village and near a national park, so that we happened to see a starry night full of stars and the milk way luckily. It was amazing.

Beautiful authentic hotel in a rural setting. Very helpful hosts who made us a fine evening meal. Would come again. Thank you.

This is a charming old world village on the banks of the Seine. The Hotel du Roy and the restaurant are most definitely worth going out of the way for.
Very dog friendly and and a good village for dog walking and an evening stroll.

Charming small village to walk around with a beautiful old bridge over the Seine in the center. The one Hotel du Roy in town is worth going out of your way for. The food, the owners, the comfort all excellent and we have stayed there at least 4 times +...and will again on our way up/down to the UK. The Seine area has many lovely villages to explore.

Dinners were excellent and we have had our dinner at the hotel and nearly tried everything on the menu with my family. Highly recommend the restaurant even if you are not staying at the hotel.
Hotel du Roy is in a lovely village. It offers very good value for money, especially the 30 euro set menu. The staff, without exception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room, recently refurbished, had some nice designer touches. I felt very welcome.
Usually I don’t do comments but this charming French hotel is really worth it. The hosts were very charming, the food was exceptional and I’ve honestly never been in a hotel that’s so clean. Chapeau!
