We all realised that the receptionist was not to be blame but the hotel should have another member of admin staff to deal with lengthy telephone queries regarding potential events if the hotel is offering this service.

We stayed there 3 times this summer for these very reasons. We would come back for the same reasons. Small but good sauna. Spacious enough room for the unbeatable price too. We were ordering food from Betera restaurants via whatsapp.

There was a swimming pool. Plenty of parking. We didn't use the restaurant as out all day and evening. We stopped off in Betera, little town near the hotel on our way home and had a drink and bite to eat with the locals which was very pleasant.
