From where should we start! Nearly everything was exceptional from the day we checked in till the check out! Hicham whatsapped me before our arrival, he organized everything for us even we changed our mind last minute and requested a ground floor and he was able to accommodate! Also in the departure he helped us a lot! Mina in the beach bar, Ibrahem and Ahmed by the pool were amazing! Also Mostafa at the reception! Animation team was great including Ahmed and Masha were very helpful! eryday minidisco for the kidswith different shows! My kids loved it! Walkable distance fromroom to main restaurant, pools,aqua slides and beach! Room was spacious and food was really delicious! Overall, staff is well trained!
