Walldorf is a sleepy little suburb of Heidelberg—nothing much to do there actually but very nice, clean, and quite. Heidelberg is only 10 min away so if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay and have the advantages of a bigger city nearby, Walldorf is the place. They have a nice city center and the people are very very friendly

A very calm and partially empty town, good for people who just want to go and relax without doing an activities. No shopping Centers, not much restaurants and I'm not sure about the activities that could be done. I've stayed there for a week and had to go to heidelberg on weekends to find something to do or even people.Ruaa

There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even though our room was right next to the main street, it was quiet after midnight. Breakfast was nice (although I was a bit disappointed that there were no scrambled eggs; only the boiled ones). My wish for a quiet room was accommodated, the room was large enough and clean. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The hotel is located in the center and you can reach hotels and shops easily. Still, there are enough parking spaces outside and in the Garage. Walk to the SAP area is only about 15 minutes.
