very basic room. No hangers in the wardrobes, no possibility of standing for a shower, not very clean sofa or table, not TV and not a high table where to work. No curtains or blinds or anything to stop the sun... room was relatively large and neighborhood was pleasant, beds confortable and bathroom was decent (except shower)

The hotel is situated 50 minutes walk from Mala Strana, city square or Prague castle (it is a nice walk because you can walk on the bank of the Vltava river). The tram station is just across the hotel and it takes just a few stations to the Charles bridge. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful, Lenka was great. Breakfast is very good and you can really find something for yourself, even if you are a vegan/vegeterian. Hotel restaurant also provides dinner and it is a nice place to have a drink before you go to sleep. There are two restaurants with normal prices in the proximity if you want to try some local cuisine. Also, there is DM, pharmacy and grocery store just a few minutes from the hotel. Hotel has a free parking, which is great (it is guarded). At the arrival we got a complementary bottle of wine, and at the check out we got water (for the trip), nice magnets and a voucher for our next stay.

I am very impressed with this place. The persons at the reception were super friendly and nice. I reached earlier than the check in time and he let me have an early check in. One of the lights in my bathroom was not working and as soon as told him, he immediately changed it. Very good service. I also liked the breakfast. Being away from the city center, its free from the crowd and noise which I liked a lot. On the other hand, its right next to the tram stop. So one could easily get to the city center in less than 15 mins or so.
