Staff were eager to accommodate. Left my phone outside on window ledge night of check inn, Was obv gone by morning.(not one of my smoother moments!) Motel employees went above and beyond next AM reviewing camera footage to get it back for me! Was almost 100 it was gone after being left overnight in the downtown area so needless to say I was pretty happy. Having security on site was definitely reassuring.

I liked the restaurant we ate supper at ( can't remember but it was a top rated steak house) as well as Fiftys diner for brunch.
We went along the beautiful beach walkway.
People were very friendly and helpful.
The streets are easy to navigate. We had fun at the casino but became lost after exiting...ending up in Corbeil but found our way to Hwy 17 and got back to the hotel fairly easily. The hotel stay was pleasant.

cute town, if you're looking for snow and want to XC-Ski then there are multiple options. Lots of accommodation and some good food choices. Not sure what it's like in summer but i imagine lake Nipissing makes for a great summer spot.

The cabin was amazing.
The cabin was amazing.
Cozy, comfortable, clean and overall just so relaxing.
It’s been nicely updated, well kept and offers a very quiet and peaceful experience despite being on the main road. The placement of the rooms blocks out most sound and noise from the road and rooms are well insulated which also helps block out any outside noises.
The staff were wonderful. Polite, reasonable, very friendly and eager to help in any way they can.
Overall the experience was much better than we had expected for the price point, and we would absolutely go again.
Definitely a lovely little place to relax for the weekend!

Love this panoramic city!
Love this panoramic city! It's surrounded by water & beaches & comforts of a big city. It's beach front parks are priceless! The Chief Commanda Restaurant at the waterfront has wonderful ambiance & tasty food.
Not far is the town of Mattawa that is lovely & has a great ski hill!
North Bay has a fun night life too!
It's easy to get around & I will visit again.
Duchesnay falls offers up a picturesque hike.

North Bay is a charming town.
North Bay is a charming town. Be careful where you get lodging, though, because some places misrepresent their access to the beach. I was there at the very end if the season, and the price if my non-beach motel was too high.
Every Friday, there is a very dood dinner at the Legion Hall near Callander, which is open to the public. Excellent steak the night I was there for $22CDN (Not the one in North Bay.) Not very friendly people, though.

Nice lakefront city with quite a history of Ontario northern railroading. The lake is impressive and must have been quite a challenge to cross by canoe. I would treat it with lots of respect.
Nice sandy beaches strewn with the usual beach debris (should be cleaned more often by city).
Stay a few days as there are lots of sights to see around North Bay.
Nice hotel--clean, quiet, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Good kitchen with dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Good breakfast included, and one of the nicer exercise rooms we've had in our month-long trip across Eastern Canada. Hotel is situated on one of the many connecting bike paths through town. Nice farmer's market 10-minute walk (max). Very helpful and friendly staff, from the front desk, to the breakfast crew, to housekeeping.
Friendly front desk clerk Mary Ann was great and answered any questions we had
Very positive upbeat staff
Cleaning staff were very informative when asked questions about North Bay
Very clean fresh smell when you walk into rooms
Julia in the kitchen was all alone on July 16 for breakfast and she did a great job! She never stopped! Next yr we will probably do 2 nights
A bit dated but was clean, good value for price the pool was good and reception provided towels. pool is outdoors but heated, staff was friendly at reception the lady at restaurant was amazing, infact gave a North bay souvenir to the kid, friendly chef.
was better then the 8.3 rating hotel i stayed at pervious night in Sudbury.
sbed was comfortable .
North Bay Inn is a basic but good motel that is a good option for a single traveller. It suited my needs for a quiet and safe place to rest. Room is well laid out, facility is good though not fancy. Location on a busy road through a residential area is OK though some people may want something else.
Good self-serve breakfast in spite of Covid. Only two people were allowed to get their breakfast at a time. Room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and coffee. Right across from the lake, and a short drive to the North Bay museum, home of the Dionne quintuplets, lakeside pathway, etc.
We very much liked the design of the hotel - the rooms were exceptionally decorated kudos to whomever came up with the colour scheme/design. Pool was fun (you have to book a time slot because of covid) Breakfast was included but we decided to sleep in.
The price was very reasonable, the room was great. I love that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. I will be staying quite frequently in the next couple of months in north bay and will definitely book here if it has a room available.
Friendly staff who were able to accommodate a last minute upgrade of the room. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Check out was a breeze. The hotel is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and coffeeshop.
I stay at sunset when l need to travel to north bay. It is wonderful!! The owners are so welcoming and the pride and care they take at their Inn really shows. Always enjoy my stay
We didn't eat at the hotel. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included in the rather high cost of accommodation.
The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient.
