A Beautiful Inn full of character, charm and history. The owners and staff were fantastic. The room was beautiful and the place full of 9' ceilings and antiques.
The dinner meal and breakfast were great and went well with the wine. The celebrity guest list included Queen Elizabeth in 1984.
Not too far off of the Trans Canada Highway.
Would stay here again, no doubt what so ever.

Absolutely lovely B&B with fabulous breakfasts and charming rooms. The bathrooms are exceptionally large with both a roomy shower and a clawfoot bathtub, catering to all. Jeff and Marsica are charming hosts and we were warmly welcomed by their dog Rosie. We became so fond of her that we even asked to walk her one evening!

Amherst is a very interesting and historical town with several sites of interest (ie museums). The Armoury is a must see!!The stone buildings are beautiful. Enjoyed the shopping experience in the downtown core. People are very friendly. It's easy to get around.

I have friends who live in Amherst, and lived there for a short time many years ago. Amherst does not have a lot for tourists. We were there for a reunion at the Baptist Church. I forgot how beautiful it was Amherst is close to Springhill, which does not have a hotel.
