We arrived quite late and only stayed overnight. Natacha was warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The house is charming and clean. The beds were very, very comfortable. I would definitely return here and would be happy to have a longer stay as the property is located conveniently for exploring the region. Would recommend.

Check in process was simple. We were due to arrive later than expected but I had a call from the lovely lady (Yevheniya) on reception who organised the self check-in process. This was easy and detailed instructions were provided. Room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis, we were there for 4 nights. From the hotel there is direct access to Foley's Irish Pub which do excellent food and drink. Ideal location if you are wanting to explore Gent. Within a few minutes you are in the city centre. If you need any tips for where to go for food, drink & exploring then reception will happily provide these. Should you wish to visit some other cities in the region you can via Train (Bruge and Brussels both in approx 30mins from Gint St. Pieters station)
