The room was nothing short of perfect. It looked amazing, lighting options were great and it was all round comfortable to be in.
Booked late in the evening, 10 minutes prior to arrival and everything went as smooth as possible! Great location.

We liked the proximity to the shopping centre and it was easy to navigate getting back onto the M1 motorway. Everything from checking in to car parking was easy. We will definitely be staying at Hotel Gloria again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cold water pressure in the sink tap was non-existent. I complained to the Motel Manager. She came to check and said yeah the pressure is very low, and unfortunately, nothing can be done. We were forced to use shower to wash hands and face. It was impossible to use the sink with boiling hot water.

The hotel room has been exceptional. There was everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the free parking available to us. There was a variety of drinks and some snacks available which we did not use but were happy to see in the room. There is a pub next door and a shopping centre just around the corner.
The hairdryer did not work. This was no issue as we had our own. We did inform the reception and believe it had been taken care of for the following guests.

Location, close to motorway, big room, good size kitchen, Netflix & many apps TV, good AC,
great shower (strange location of taps), suited our needs.
Loose toilet seat (annoying), dim lighting (switches in weird locations), smaller bedroom located in the hall entrance to room.

The shower leaked out onto toilet floor.
The shower leaked out onto toilet floor. There were only three teaspoons and no other cutlery or plates. No toaster. The toilet roll holder was in an impossible position. No wine glasses, no plates. Only 3 glasses and three coffee mugs. $391 for two nights here was about $151 too much.

The staff are brilliant and extremely nice people. Very helpful. The place is in close proximity to everything you need. There is a place nearby which had the best noodle dishes ever. Eddys Noodle. Was delivered by Uber.

This venue provides simple accomodation, nothing fancy.
This venue provides simple accomodation, nothing fancy. The rating for me was the natural parkland surrounds and the quiet, relaxed setting full of wildlife. Then you have quite close access to Brisbane city and entertainment. The best of both worlds.

The food in the restaurant was awful.
The food in the restaurant was awful. We ate with other people and no one liked their meals. I had toasted bacon n cheese bread which was nice. No table n chairs outside room to sit on. We stayed there as it was 2 minutes away from where ozsport indoor centre was. Would not stay again.

My friends and I only stayed one night as we were attending a funeral. it was Australia Day public holiday so nothing of intrest was open. We did however got to see a few interesting things while travelling through Springwood to Beenleigh to where the funeral was being held.
Location was fantastic and only a few minutes' walk to a shopping centre that had all you could need. I went for a wedding at the Hotel, so it was the perfect place to stay and meant that I didn't have to drive much during my stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and I thought it might be noisy being right next to the Hotel but didn't bother me at all. Food was also great, and it has the added attraction of their famous Buffett dinners. I loved the breakfast pack that was included.
The staff was amazing. My flights had multiple challenges, and the staff was easy to work with, and so exceptionally welcoming upon my arrival.
They were thoughtful, kind, and helpful.
The attached Barra Bar has a good menu, and my first steak in Australia was delicious and cooked perfect.
I will definitely go again before I leave the country.
Cleanness, fabulous staff so helpful and kind, walking distance to shops, public transport, restaurants and Hotel Gloria has amazing in house restaurant, on-site free parking, would highly recommend to stay here, we will definitely stay again.
Thank you Hotel Gloria
This place is a meditation house and not a motel or hotel.
Catherine went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, felt warm & the felt welcoming, clean room and ensuite, very peaceful environment. Expectations were laid out clearly & in advance.
We were chasing something out of the city closer to Springwood - if you're chasing something near Ikea or Logan, it's a good location. Parking is available and isn't an extra charge
