Elizabeth is a super host. I had an immaculate room, beautiful spacious bathroom and breakfast was lovely! Elizabeth is a very interesting and engaging woman who I literally talked to for hours. I enjoyed my stay so much I went back for another night before leaving Tasmania to go home.

The actual cleanliness and presentation was not the usual Rosevears I have always enjoyed. Charge doesn't reflect the cleanliness, the roughly laundered towels and minimal tea bags supplied. Fridge needed defrosting.

You definitely need a car to get anywhere. No bus stop until the next town down. Amazingly fresh air - if you usually live in Sydney, you'll feel the difference for sure. Beautiful to drive around.

It was by far the our favourite place to stay at while we toured around Tasmania. The view was spectacular as soon as we walked into the chalet. It was such a lovely place to be at. We cooked our own meals or had take-out from restaurants which we could enjoy in the chalet while enjoying the view.

This is a lovely place to stay, the views are beautiful.
This is a lovely place to stay, the views are beautiful. We had a lovely meal at the Hotel one night. We were picked up and went on an all day Winery tour which we really enjoyed, we had such a good lunch and then another platter later in the day, we didn't need to go out that night!

What a lovely clean, luxurious and comfortable place to stay with stunning views of the Tamar River and close to many wineries.
The apartment is an absolute credit to the owners Janice and Pete.
Thoroughly recommended - we’ll definitely return and stay to see more of the beautiful region.
Amazing views, extremely comfortable with everything you could ask for. Even better than the pictures!! There were cute wallabies in the garden amongst the fruit trees and a serenity and peacefulness about the whole area. Located minutes from the Rosevears Hotel for a good hearty dinner and close to some beautiful wineries with the friendliest staff. A true Gem. Highly recommended.
Beautiful and comfortable apartment that is more spacious inside than it first appears and has fantastic interior design. The property is well maintained has vibrant flower beds and boasts stunning views down to the water. It is also very close to the Rosevears Hotel, which has an excellent dinner menu.
we loved this apartment. The views are amazing, it’s very very comfortable and very clean. provisions provided are great. position is very good. just a short drive to a supermarket, bakeries, lots of wineries and Roseveers hotel. we would highly recommend. don’t hesitate, we will stay again.
There was an abundance of quality personal care products, the kitchen was well equiped and a good supply of kitchen items. The view over the vineyards to the Tamar was great. The property was close to Launceston restaurants and closer to Rosevears and to Timbre. We will be going back.
Very comfortable room with facilities of a high standard. A lovely location on the river with plenty of parking. It was nice to not have to travel out for a meal as we ate in the hotel restaurant. The meal was good with a wide choice on the menu.
Fantastic views across the Tamar River, reminiscent of England's Lake District. Everything that one could need for an overnight stay, including toaster, bowls and even small butter and jam packets. Modern, clean lines. Will definitely be back.
Fantastic views, very quiet and clean apartment over looking river. Kitchen was well stocked. We didn't meet the owners but Sue sent us very detailed instructions beforehand.
A beautiful serene location with lovely water views. The room was large, well appointed with comfortable beds and a specious bathroom. The hotel also had really good meals.
