Grossarl is a booming ski town but in June 2023 the part west of the river was essentially a huge building site. However it was great for mountain walking once away from the town itself. With a guest card (free from your accommodation) one can travel on local buses in the valley for 1 Euro per person per trip! There is a very adequate Billa supermarket.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel rooms look newly renewed, the beds are comfortable and the sceneries in the mountain valley are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and very supportive, they go above and beyond when it comes to helping their guests. There was a mix-up with the room I had booked and the room I was checked into. But the staff quickly found a solution to offer us the best solution. Even at the breakfast, the staff makes sure that all the guest have what they need. This feels like a 5-star hotel, would defiantly book a stay at this hotel again.EEinarGermany - 10Scored 10

Go to the end of the road and take a walk or a horse drawn sleigh ride. It was one of the most beautiful days we had there. This was our second trip, the first was in June and we loved it without the snow.

They are large , modern, new, with windows to the floor, with the spectacular view on surrounding mountains and hotels. The view was like a picture. There are is large screen TV in every room, all kitchen accessories in the kitchen In the 2 bedroom apartment there is a large and modern sauna. The place itself is very quiet and is located near the main road. There is a playing room for children, and we also used the bicycle of the hotel for riding in the area. Flat was more than big enough for us (2 adults, 2 kids). You can store bikes in basement and park the car in the garage. To Panoramabahn it is 5 minutes by walk. Similar to big kid playground, sport center or "aquapark". Infocenter is around a corner.
