The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property itself has beautiful interior and the rooms are lovely. The bed was particularly comfortable and the toiletries from Ritual fantastic. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I usually stay at the Left Bank but I was pleasantly amused by the area around the hotel. I didn’t use the gym/spa but I had a look and I’ll try it next time. All in all, a wonderful relaxing stay with good breakfast. Access to coffee and tea in the lobby an added bonus. Saint-Lazare station is very close to the hotel and makes the entire city accessible.

The family took pictures in the living room and balcony in the morning and evening, and they could enjoy tea and fruit while looking at the Eiffel Tower when they were resting in the middle. The two-story apartment was too large for a family of six, but we were satisfied with everything. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and toilet were spacious, and the washing machine and dryer worked well.

Located in the 2nd district of Paris, just 150 metres from Réamur-Sébastopol Metro Station, 123 Sébastopol offers a terrace, 24-hour reception and luggage storage. The staff is phenominal. My mom celebrated her 70th bday and Adyl organized the most perfect (and delicious) cake for the 2 of us. She felt so special and loved. We also had a bit of a luggage mix up and Adyl handled everything with speed, grace, and generosity. I was blown away by the high quality service. Adyl, Kevin, and their team have won a customer for life!

Location is great - central, artsy area with lots of coffee shops and places to eat. They upgraded our room for free, let us check in hours earlier than the official check in. There’s free coffee and tea and an honesty bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
