Tranquilo, limpio, bonito, habitaciones amplías, con muchos detalles. Cuartos de baño buenos y grandes. El personal super amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema. El desayuno buffet buenísimo.

This 4-star hotel is set in a renovated 16th-century building in central Strasbourg. It offers a courtyard, free WiFi and air-conditioned guest rooms with Louis XV-inspired furniture and satellite TV.... Excellent and warm service from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We could not find our way to the hotel (the hotel did send us very specific instructions before hand) but we didn’t take note of it - really our fault not the hotel. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and had no problem the following day. I would like to thank Sebastián for all his assistance as well as for the other front desk staff. Great restaurant recommendations too. 😃 We highly recommend this hotel!
