With a peaceful location next to Dalsland Canal, this hostel features a large garden with barbeque areas and a private bathing jetty. Guests have access to a shared kitchen and TV lounge. The location was great just beside the river, and very close to shopping. Great breakfast all you need. The staff was very helpfull, and let me checkout after normal hours. Everything was extremely Clean. I like it very much.

We were on our way to Sälen and needed a stop. We were met by a very kind and professional staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had a nice view of a lake nearby. In the evening we had a dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. We had to leave before the serving of breakfast. Then the staff made some sandwiches to us for the early morning travel.

The estate is beautifully situated near a lake with hiking trails all around. You could rent the spa with sauna and jacuzzi and have it all to yourselves. What a treat! Comfortable and cozy rooms. Dinner at night was outstanding!
