A recently renovated country house located in Iquitos, Amaca Eco Station features a garden. There is a private entrance at the country house for the convenience of those who stay. Really lovely place. Super peaceful and lots of birds and lizards. The owners are great at answering questions and were generous about offering support when I got sick. As a bonus, very near the Amazon Rescue Centre, as well as a small local market and a range of restaurants. I stayed in a maloka with a very well equipped kitchen that was a joy to use.
