It was very spacious for a family of five. Rooms were very warm during cold winter and you could adjust thermostat for each bedroom separately. Nice view from the windows.

Everything you could possibly need was provided, including toiletries, bottled water, towels, all kids of tableware and cookware, as well as children's toys, books, and even a stool to allow a child to reach the sink while cleaning their teeth – incredible! It's unusual to come across a property that has been so meticulously prepared for guests. Furthermore, the owners checked in on us to ensure that we had all we needed, which was much appreciated and showed how much care they put into making you feel welcome! The apartment itself is really spacious and tidy. It's an excellent choice for a larger family or a group of friends. And the ocean is nearby, only a short walk through a beautiful forest. We had a wonderful time at this place and would certainly recommend it for anyone else looking for a quiet retreat near the seaside. We would also gladly return to Jaunie Pātari in the future!

Beach is really close to the property and the location by itself is surrounded by trees making it protected from sea winds or overheating.
