Nadia and her family have created an ideal place for people who enjoy a lovely rural retreat combined with great food. To say the food is excellent is only half the story. Nadia is passionate about cooking truly traditional local food, using the best of ingredients, presented with a modern, professional yet unfussy approach. You won't find this in an urban, fine dining establishment. Her choice of wines is also top rate, again the local aspect is dominant. Thanks to Nadia I have tasted some really good Molise red wines from the Tintilia grape - hard to get in the UK (though not impossible). Molise isn't a major wine producing area but these wines should be better known and would give many famous wines from the north and south of Italy a run for their money - they are distinctive and, while all are full-bodied, they range from the "heavy duty" to the more delicate without any compromise on quality. Speaking of money, I should add finally that accommodation, food and drink are all very reasonably priced at the Masseria. It's the third time we have stayed here - thanks again Nadia and family for a great holiday.

Hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and to communicate in English (though they only spoke Italian). Both the guesthouse and the restaurant were great.

Rodinný Masseria Grande se těší naprosto úchvatné poloze uprostřed polí, vinic a olivových hájů, nedaleko písečných pláží na pobřeží letoviska Termoli. Everything. Breakfast, dinner, the room, pool, staff, the owners and their dog, the location and views were all exceptional. We received a very warm welcome by Marco and Marina and were made to feel at home straight away. We had the pool to ourselves for most of our stay and could not get enough of the views.

The property is owned by a lovely family from Termoli who’s passionate about their region’s traditions! The house is very well kept and a love for the bucolic interior is visible. There’s also a beautiful garden with a nice dining area looking out on the hills. The house of big space rooms and it’s equipped with Wi-Fi, a very nice flat screen TV with streaming services included. When we arrived at the property we found cold beverages in the fridge and snacks available. The location is very close to Termoli and Guglionesi which definitely makes this place a great spot for holidays! We highly recommend it!

She explained all the production processes from molisana salume, guanciales, sotto sugno, the variety of cows on the property . The dinner and organically produced house wine was phenomenal. And the town Jelsi has a very fun and heartwarming festival. It was a wonderful experience!! Much love!!😍😍
