Excellent breakfast. We were walking the Two Moors Way and a good breakfast would set us up for the day. Nicola was very helpful and kind.

What a beautiful spot. We enjoyed the whole experience from the owners welcome, beautiful well appointed room, fantastic dinner and breakfast. Steve & Sarah couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. I wish we could spend more time in this wonderful place.

Booked 2 rooms for our family holiday. We used our large apartment as the base retiring to our own rooms at the end of the evening. Thank you for the eggs, milk and lovely bottle of wine. A perfect few days away.

Serenity Estate, a property with barbecue facilities, is set in Berrynarbor, 34 km from Lundy Island, 35 km from Royal North Devon Golf Club, as well as 35 km from Westward Ho!. Really friendly and nice owners who made us feel very welcome . Amazing location, with a beautiful big garden with outdoor seating and playing outdoor games and with a BBQ Which we used.

This Grade II* listed property offers a separate self-catering one-bedroom cottage within the 16th Century thatched farmstead. We didn't have breakfast. Everything was fine. Host was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
