The hotel restaurant is just a delight, the food is absolutely delicious and the breakfast is also top notch. The staff is very friendly and very good in making you feel welcomed and taken care off. I would definitely come back and would definitely recommend it.

We where walking the Hadrians wall path and were very lucky in staying at the Lanercost Country B&B. Beautifully situated close to a local priory which was a welcoming surprise, definately worth a visit. The hostes will make sure your stay will exeed your expectations, provides excellent tips for local routes and all. Our room was very spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated, overall the best facilities we've encountered during our trip. Dinner was prepared, which we ordered in advance. Breakfast was excellent as well, would definately return once we're in the area.

We booked this weekend away for my mum and my husband for a surprise 60th + 70t birthday treat. They both absolutely loved the stay and, the staff were exceptional. They definitely would stay again. Receptionist staff were very helpful and were very attentive, and very polite.

El Lake View Country House está situado en un terreno de 4.000 m2 de jardines en la pintoresca localidad de Grasmere. Breakfast at the Grasmere Brewery was lovely. I actually liked walking down the street from the cottage for breakfast. We loved Grasmere - the winding streets, the surrounding hills, the shops. I had chosen Grasmere as a place to stay because we wanted to spend a couple of days in the Lake District and I had read that it was one of the prettiest towns. It was exactly what we hoped for. Richard, the proprietor of Lake View Country House, was so nice and helpful in every way. He made us feel comfortable, welcome, and gave us a fantastic recommendation for a day hike near the house, and for restaurants.

El Rydal Lodge Hotel goza de una bonita ubicación junto al río y ofrece un alojamiento elegante en el Distrito de los Lagos, a 3,2 km del centro de Ambleside. The place felt very homely, beautiful and located close to Mount Rydal. Breakfast service is amazing. Mark and Helena are excellent hosts. Highly recommended!
