Run by an English family, Landhaus Fay B&B is located in the village of Perneck, 3 km from Bad Ischl and its nearby lakes in the centre of the Salzkammergut region. St Wolfgang, Hallstatt and its salt mines, Lake Gosausee and the Dachstein West and Dachstein Krippenstein ski areas are within a 30-minute drive. We loved everything about our stay at Mark and Nicky's place. The house is situated in a beautiful and quite neighborhood with the view of the mountains. It only takes about 20 mins to get to Hallstat and is a great stay if visiting the area. Mark and Nicky are both extremely warm and helpful and were always available to help with getting to the place and everything else in general. Mark also gave us a lot of tips on getting around Hallstat. The breakfast served was delicious aswell! Would love to go back and stay!
