The rooms are quite nice for the price (large enough and spotless). Love the tile flooring and wooden cabinets. Breakfast was seriously incredible and great that it is included (try the Cao lầu, it is amazing). The staff is very helpful if you're looking for a tour to do, and they have motorbikes and bicycles to rent for pretty cheap. The hotel is a bit outside of the Old Town but we actually preferred this as it was nice to relax at the end of the day away from the hustle and bustle. They also have a shuttle service to An Bang beach which was helpful.

The property is family run and they really put in the effort to make everyone feel welcomed. We stayed 2 nights at the deluxe double with balcony. With nice view looking down the street and high enough so we still maintain privacy. It is just far enough from old town that it is quiet and peaceful at night. The owner helped organise motorbike and transfer to the next hotel at Da Nang all at a very reasonable price. We will stay here again when we return to Hoi An.

We did have to go to the main pool to order food and drinks which I guess was due to the adults area being so quiet on our stay. The rooms were beautiful, breakfast fantastic and staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were there over a long weekend and many, very noisy and uncontrolled children. Obviously not the resorts fault.
