It‘s just amazing. The perfect location to get away from everyday life. The area is so green, lush and quiet (but for the sound of the waterfall and the birds). Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful and gave some great advice. Cat addicts like us can also get in touch with their beautiful pets <3 Enjoying the evening in the jacuzzi after some exhausting hiking is simply wonderful.

His property is perfectly placed in town with spectacular ocean views, a pristine infinity pool, a jungle oasis for all my plant lovers out there, and with easy access to village amenities. This will definitely be my go to anytime I end up on São Miguel! I was not ready to say goodbye.

We had a lovely stay at Rita and Damaso place. The house is nicely decorated and very spacious, it is super equipped and it has all facilities that a family traveling with children might want ( washing machine, dryer, high chair, baby bed etc). It has a very nice garden and place for grill where kids can play. In front of the house there is a place to park a car which is very comfortable. It is very well situated to explore Povacao and places around. The owners are very nice and helpful. We felt as a part of the family. Thank you for your hospitality- we will definitely come back! And the owners have a super friendly dog that our children liked very much :-)
