I stayed overnight in the spring. The hosts were very kind about the unpredictable timing of my arrival. And since they had no booking the next day, they allowed me to have a late check out which made a huge difference to my single day stay. The location is conveniently only ten mins walk to the station and supermarket, but very quiet and peaceful. There is a cafe selling warm bread just down the road. The village is magical. the grounds are spectacular: old growth eucalyptus, beautiful old well-maintained family country house. the guest house was clean and private. The host is a beautiful friendly gentleman who greeted us with warmth on our arrival and each morning at breakfast. His staff are also warm and friendly. it was very hard to leave and will be difficult to follow!
